Overview
Epart.lk is an online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in the automobile industry in Sri Lanka. This policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to returns and refunds for items purchased through the platform.



Returns
Buyers may request to return an item purchased on Epart.lk within 7 days of delivery, for any reason. To initiate a return, the buyer must contact the seller directly through the Epart.lk platform to request a return authorization. The seller will then provide the buyer with instructions for returning the item.



Refunds
Once the seller has received the returned item and confirmed that it is in the same condition as when it was sold, a refund will be issued to the buyer. The refund will be for the full amount paid by the buyer for the item, minus any shipping costs. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used by the buyer.



Exceptions
There are certain items that are not eligible for returns or refunds on Epart.lk. These include:


Custom-made or personalized items

Items that have been altered or modified by the buyer

Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery


Disputes
If the buyer and seller are unable to resolve a dispute over a return or refund, Epart.lk may step in to mediate the dispute. Epart.lk will review all relevant information and make a final determination on the matter.



Termination of Account
Epart.lk reserves the right to terminate the account of any seller who engages in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to returns and refunds on the platform.



Amendments
Epart.lk may amend this policy from time to time, in its sole discretion. Buyers and sellers will be notified of any changes to this policy via email or through the Epart.lk platform.



By using the Epart.lk platform as a buyer or seller, you agree to abide by this return and refund policy, as well as any other guidelines or policies set forth by Epart.lk.
